#TakeMeElswhere

#TakeMeElsewhere — the third project by elsewhere — aimed to provide digital minds with a change of scenery during the peak of the first global Covid-19 lockdown in May 2020.

To achieve this, we created a series of 'virtual windows' consisting of 5+ minute videos sourced from friends worldwide (with an option for submissions from visitors to the site). These videos could be randomized with a button and were accompanied by two interactive playlists (daytime & nighttime) to enhance the user experience.

Aside from alleviating travel anxiety, #TakeMeElsewhere also played a significant role in establishing the brand's presence. Within three months of its launch, it received nearly 200,000 hits, gained popularity worldwide, and inspired other similar projects.
